1. Refund Eligibility

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

2. Virtual Currency Refunds

For payments made via Virtual Currency (e.g., USDT), refunds will be processed in the original cryptocurrency amount or its fiat equivalent at the time of refund, at our sole discretion, minus any network fees.

3. Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).

4. Refund Process

To start a return, you can contact us at support@willuny.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

5. Damaged and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
